When I bought the bike, it had just undergone a full service 100 miles ago, including full valve adjust and oil change. It then sat for over a month. When I bought it, the bike wouldn't idle If a GTS offered enough leg room for you to move the bars and be comfortable then a V7 should also suit you alright. I rode my V7 (750) on the highway all the time at 80, shouldn't be an issue with an extra 100cc, and a 6th gear. V7 850 special here. Half my commute is on the freeway. No issues hitting 90.
